Chatham Historic Addition ‘Tahoe East’
Escaping the deep snow of the Sierras in exchange for the wind swept beaches of Chatham, this couple needed more room for their life while preserving the charm of this simple cape. With tight site restrictions we developed a garage/living room addition that captured the Cape Cod light and opened up their renovated kitchen.
